He and his team always turned up when they said they would, carried out an excellent standard of work and tidied up at the end of the day.
He always let me know when any problems cropped up then suggested very sensible solutions. He made sure that our household was disrupted as little as possible as the work was going on, which my little boy and I were very grateful for.
