New windows, fascias, gutters and garden room, Gidea Park
At the front of this property, we changed all the windows, added new fascias and guttering, and installed new leadwork.
We installed external lighting to the front driveway and undertook full landscaping, including new paths and borders. We also installed mood lighting to front and rear.
To the rear of the property, we converted an existing garage into a garden room/ bar/ games room. We installed intelligent lighting and hidden speakers.
