Rebuilt front facade and double porch extension, Collier Row
Our client wanted to install new windows but discovered there were no lintels above the existing windows, which meant that had they been removed, all the bricks above would have fallen.
Working with the architect and engineer, we had to take the front of the house off and install horizontal support beams. The front of the house was then put back on, including new windows and a double porch.
